Why light roast?

Coffee beans start out green and darken as roast time increases.
We stop at first crack to keep the cup sweet, clear, and origin-forward.

Brew

Pour-over basics

Scroll for the steps to a perfect pour over.

1. Heat water to 200°F–205°F (93°C–96°C).
20g coffee for ~350g water (1:17 ratio).
2. Use filtered water and a gooseneck kettle.
Pre-wet filter, add ground coffee.
3. Bloom: pour 40-80ml water, pause 30 seconds.
4. Pour slowly in circles until desired volume.
Let draw down and enjoy.
